Saima brings more than 15 years of experience in programme delivery and business transformation, including senior roles as Head of Delivery and Head of Presales within the technology sector. She has led complex programmes and helped organisations improve their delivery capabilities.

She has particular expertise in recovering programmes that have encountered difficulties, working with leadership teams to identify underlying issues and establish a clear path forward. Her experience also includes building and scaling delivery functions, introducing practical governance to improve performance.

Saima's commercial experience complements her delivery expertise. Having worked closely with executive teams on presales governance, she understands the importance of aligning commercial commitments with delivery capabilities to minimise risk and establish realistic expectations.

Much of her experience has been gained through complex technology programmes, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations. She is a PRINCE2 Practitioner, with Agile and Scrum certifications. As a certified neuroscience coach, she also brings an understanding of how people respond to pressure and change.

Saima recognises that successful delivery depends on the people involved, not just the processes they follow. She values open communication and believes that addressing challenges early makes a meaningful difference to outcomes.
