Meet Eoin
Eoin specialises in AI governance and security, helping organisations adopt artificial intelligence with confidence. His background includes ten years at Microsoft UK, where he worked across modern workplace technology and security, and was directly involved in the UK launch of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
His experience includes designing AI governance arrangements for highly regulated environments, including a global law firm, where protecting sensitive information and meeting regulatory obligations are critical. This work helps organisations embrace the opportunities of AI while understanding the risks involved.
A key focus is establishing the right level of governance for each organisation. Rather than introducing unnecessary restrictions, his approach centres on designing practical controls that reflect how a business operates and the risks it needs to manage.
Alongside direct client engagements, he works with Microsoft partners and managed service providers developing AI governance services for their customers. Drawing on his technical and commercial experience, he helps partners build propositions that are commercially relevant and practical to deliver.
Underpinning his work is the belief that managing AI risk should enable progress, rather than prevent the adoption of new technology. The aim is to give organisations the confidence to embrace AI while maintaining appropriate safeguards.
